The Flexible Molded Lining Roll isn’t just a material—it's a comprehensive solution that upgrades safety, durability, and peace of mind.
Predictable braking reduces sudden jolts and loads on windlass gears.
Smooth friction behavior supports safer anchor deployments and retrievals.
Excellent heat resistance and wear stability means less frequent replacements.
Protects mechanical interfaces from rapid wear, saving maintenance costs.
Ideal for anchor windlasses, capstans, and marine clutch applications.
Also suitable for industrial usages requiring high-temperature friction performance.
Non-asbestos formula eliminates health hazards associated with legacy materials.
Aligns with marine safety and environmental standards.
Semi-flexible texture before curing improves bonding consistency.
Reduced installation stress for technicians and maintenance teams.
TRH3030 is suitable for light and medium duty machinery, such as elevator, air tube clutch, agricultural machinery, centrifuge, fork lift and overhead crane, etc.. The material can be bonded on the brake band with special glue and becomes rigid after full curing process.
Provides reliable friction on brake bands and clutch surfaces.
Ensures smoother anchoring operations under variable sea conditions.
Performance adaptable to multi-directional loads and cyclic engagements.
Excellent choice for mooring and deck machinery.
Heavy machinery needing predictable friction over temperature cycles.
Overhead cranes, elevator clutches, and medium-duty industrial systems can benefit.
Q1: Why is a flexible molded lining better than rigid friction pads?
Flexible molded linings adapt to surface contours before curing, ensuring full contact and better load distribution. After curing, they provide stable friction performance with fewer stress concentrations.
Q2: Is the material safe for marine environments?
Yes. The non-asbestos composite resists moisture and does not release harmful fibers, meeting modern safety expectations for marine friction parts.
Q3: Can this roll be customized?
Absolutely. Width, thickness, and length can be adapted to specific windlass or brake systems for precise fitments.
