Overview:
TL2003 is a semi-flexible Non Asbestos Brake Lining for medium and heavy duty applications. The solid composite is woven from several types of fabric containing brass wire and impregnated with specially developed resins. The dense, tough material exhibits high resistance to heat and wear and excellent stability under load.TL2003 is suitable for cast iron and steel working surface.
High density, high copper wire content, smooth grinding on both sides, longer lifespan, high temperature resistance
Applications：
TL2003 is extensively used in marine and industrial applications. It is suitable for winch and windlass, hoist, crane, winder, drilling and work over rigs, agricultural vehicle, elevator, and construction machinery. When TL2003 is supplied for use on oil immersed applications, the friction value will be much lower than it is used in dry conditions.
It can be processed into different shapes and used in different industries by means of bonding and riveting, like weaving equipment,oil industry, printing industry etc.

We can follow the cast iron to make the brake pad or follow the drawing to make it or can follow the customer’s requirement to design it.
